Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

May I sue or lien a property for services rendered?

My company has provided service for two aratment complexes that are being converted to condos. We provide garbage valet for each resident as well as pressure cleaning. We have not been paid in four months from these two properties. Both properties are owned by the same company. They have just cancelled our service and have still not paid us. What is my best course of action?

You may sue, and when a judgment is obtained you perfect it as a judgment lien. Then you may issue execution. I suggest you call me.
