Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I sue a person whose running away from me after she took a huge cash for around $5000, can I collect right after I win the litigation? If she cannot return back my cash is there any legal punishment for this kind of Civil case? like imprisonment

If it is theft, it is a criminal matter. Call the police. Just because you have a judgement does not mean you can collect without following the rules. Seek advice from an attorney or the clerk of court.
