Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I am being sued by a bridesmaid ( no longer in the wedding at the brides request-myself) for compensation of her dress, shoes, alterations, ect. I do not have any of these items in my possesion. Total cost is 376.00. Are there any grounds for this??

I don't know. What does she say in the lawsuit? Does she say you kept the dress and shoes? Does she say you wasted her money on your dress and shoes, then you backed out of the wedding? If so, she has grounds.
