Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Being Sued For Credit Card Debt

I acquired a lot of unpaid credit card debt a few years ago. Now it is all coming back to haunt me. I am being summoned to court tomorrow by one of the creditors. They are suing me. What will happen when I go in for pretrial? I am very worried.

Tommorrow will be an attempt by the Court to settle the case. If it cannot be resolved, then it will be set for trial.
