Being sued by creditor

I was sued by a credit card company and ordered to pay monthly payments. I was late on a pymnt and they are threatening to take further action. Can they take my car? It is the only thing I have in my name?

I assume you have a judgment against you. If so, the answer to you question depends on your status and how much personal property you have.
