Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am being sued in Florida for a credit card account opened in 1989. The only thing attached to the complaint was a generic 2009 credit card agreement with no name, signature or account number on it. They were unable to produce a signed contract, or application in discovery and responded that the agreement was attached to the complaint. What is the best motion to make to get the case dismissed with prejudice ?

File a Motion to Dismissed based upon statute of limitations. When was teh last payment you made on the account? That would probably be the date the statute of limitations runs from.
