Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am being sued by Jefferson Capital Systems. I have not been served, just received a letter from a lawyer soliciting clients, so he can help me. That is how I knew about it. It was mailed to my former residence (Florida} and I now live in Georgia. How do I find out about this?

You can see if you can find the suit on the specific county clerk's website. You want to search for Court Records, not Official Records. Since you don't live in Florida, they can't serve you in Florida. Do what you like, but you have no obligation whatsoever to do anything to help Jefferson Capital find you, serve you, etc.
