Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I have been sued and have a judgement against me....now they want me to come to a depisiontion...I did not go, and now I have been sent a letter for the judge and has ordered an Contempt of Court Order against me. What can I do now?

You must answer the contempt order by complying with its terms and appearing for a deposition. (i.e.: Call the attorney and schedule it) Otherwise they may seek a writ of bodily attachment and have you temporarily incarcerated for contempt of court. Are you certain that it is a contempt order and not an order to show cause why you should not be held in contempt?
