sueing a law firm for sloppy collections

I have a debit that i have agreed to pay but for over a year they couldnt get the billing right. I was brought to court and even the law firm told the judge for another hearing because i dont want to pay for more then i have to..we settled at the next hearing,,,,repeat performance again with the same firm in additonal matter..i have everything in emails...do i have a case?
