How do I go about sueing somebody do I have to get a lawyer or can I do it myself

If the cause of action is in your name, you may represent yourself

in the lawsuit. If you are suing in a corporate name or other legal

entity, you cannot represent the plaintiff. You are advised to know how

to represent yourself, the applicable law, legal options, and legal

process in your action.
