Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

We are suing a person for Grand Thief and we can not serve him. He knows that the server is looking for him and he hides. We need help and advice on what to do to serve him and continue with the case. Thanks for your help

Constructive service - complete an affidvit of due diligence in searching for this person and then file a Notice of Action in the Daily Paper in the county in which he last re sided in.
