Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
We are suing a person that owe us money and we have not been able to serve him because
He lives in a building with security and we can not know when he is in his apartment. Would you please tell us if there is any other way to serve him ?

Are you using a professional process server? They will usually figure out his schedule and catch him entering or leaving the building. Hire a competent process server and they will get him served.

Or use Sheriff, they usually can get past security.
