Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Summoned Several Times by Credit Card...

I have recently found out that I have been summoned several times by the orange county court system which is where I had resided 5 years ago.

I currently reside in broward county...

From what I see on the website there has never been judgment on the case and does not state a reason why, only that there has been an extension of time even though I never went. Though the last time I made a payment on the account was over 4 years ago.

Would that be considered SOL?

What happens if I keep on not showing up to the summons because it is not in my current county of residence?

A Florida judgment could be entered against you. It is good in all counties.
