The easiest way is to either go to the courthouse and have the clerk check to see who has filed suit against you. You can view the court file and review anything that has been filed.

Alternatively, you can look online to see the docket sheet in most counties. They can usually be found alphabetically. Although you will not be able to see the pleadings online, you can find out who is suing you.
