Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If a summons for collection was left at the doorstep for another person at my home when I specifically said I was not responsible for any of that persons paperwork, etc. and I would not accept the paperwork, what can happen?

Nothing will happen to you, but you need to give the summons to the named person, otherwise that person may automatically lose the lawsuit.
