Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I'm supposedly being sued by a cash advance company that claims to have given me a loan I don't believe I recieved. They say they will send police to me house and place of work to take me to court. Can this be done?

They may be able to "take you to court", but it would be civil court, not criminal court. Unless a crime was committed in obtaining the loans, and nothing in your question indicates that it was, then their claim against you is for the money they say you borrowed. That is a civil matter. The police have enough things to do without getting involved in civil disputes about who owes money to whom.
Any claim of a creditor that the police will enforce their debt should be viewed very skeptically. You did the right thing by asking.
Good Luck.
