I surrender my mobile home back to the fin. conp.
This was in 2005 they sold it for 5000$ fair market value, that was high. Now they say i owe 17000$ to them. The mobile home value 2500$ new. I've heard nothing in 5 years. It;s on my credit as a Forclose.
