My mother is sick and doesn`t drive so I surrendered her car. She was up on her payments but needed money to pay for medicine. She has been contacted by an attorney, that states that they sold the car and she needs to pay the remaining balance now. She lives in a morgaged home, on s.security, and just makes itto pay for medicine. My ? is what can they do to her?? thanks
