Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Everyone tells me I should tell the plaintiffs attorney I don't have the 3000 they are suing for and to ask to arrange monthly payments of what I can afford ( no more than 75 a month). That they will cause all they want is the money and not take it to trial. My dell account was bought out by portfolio recovery. It's already to late to get someone to represent me so I will be going Pro Se. Just want to settle this and move on. I don't want to end up having my back account frozen. What are the chances PR will work with me? Im in Florida.
