Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I was terminated from my last job, at the termination the VP of rooms stated she would get my relocation reimbursed. After some time it was not when I contacted her to see why she directed me to the VP of HR this person stated that I was already given too much and she was the one that made these decisions and the company would not be paying me back my relocation. I did not make one year (contract states if failure to company could ask for relocation back) I completed 8 months. Should the company have to pay me the relocation based off the written word of a member of the executive committee (VP of Rooms)?
Thanks
Pat

YOu would really need to have an attorney take a look at the contract and speak with you some more about the facts. If you have any questions, check out my web site www.behrenlaw.com or my employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com.
