hi there!
i put a friends phone in my name and now shes not paying on it.
im -800 in the hole and i wanted to know if i try to take her to small claims court will i be able to collect money or not?

If you can prove she agreed to pay the cost of the phone and collect a judgment from her-- that is she has money to pay, then go for it. But is she cannot pay for the phone, and she has no money, you may be just throwing good money after bad.
