Is there a time limit for repayment of personal loan to a wife (ex) Loan was made before we were married...

It has been several years and I have been paid back only a few hundred dollars cash on a 30,000 loan.

Written agreements made in Florida must be sued upon within 5 years and oral agreements made in years in Florida must be sued upon in 4 years from the date of the agreement or last payment.
