Travel Expense for Out of State SC Hearing

I will be filing a claim in PA for a $6000 loan that I haven't gotten any repayment on. If I need to travel from FL to PA when it's time for the case to be heard, am I able to collect for the cost of travel?

Unfortunatley not. This is not a taxable cost in most states.
