in trouble
if iam unemployed can my creditors come after my savings which iam living off from and could they send me to jail

After judgment, all your non-exempt assets are subject to execution. You will not go to jail. (except if you are found to be in contempt of court and the Court orders incarceration)

Once they obtain a court judgment against you they may try to levy against any asset of yours they find. A certain amount of assets are exempt. They cannot put you in jail.
