Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I have a truck loan with Hunting Bank for which i bleive I have paid in full. I have recieved several letters from them stating that I owe them more money for late fees. The letters all indicate a different amount but are for thousands of dollars. I have responsed to each letter disputing the amount and offering a compromise but never get a response. Today someone showed up to repo the truck! I am 70 years old and live on a fixed income. I cannot afford to pay them more money! I thought i had paid this in full! Please help! Thank you!
