Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

my truck got reposessed

If I make payment in full of my balance plus the following month payment, am I entitled to have my vehicle back? What about all the belongings in my vehicle, how am I to obtain if I am not permitted the return of my vehicle?

Once a vehicle is repossessed, it is hard to get it back. It is often taken to a repossession center and from there the lender may lose track of it. In the few instances where I have been successful in getting a vehicle back for a client, it was because we jumped on it immediately after the vehicle was taken and arrangements were made directly with the lender and not with the repossession company. You may never get back whatever was inside the vehicle.
