Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Type Your Question Here...I have a mortgage with Seterus. They informed me that I am supposedly 5 months behind on my mortgage. I faxed them all payment since Jan 2015 today. They said if I don't pay them 2787.00 buy Nov 7 2016, they would start forclosure proceeding. What should I do about this since I have made all mortgage payments since they bought my mortgage from Chase?

Have your lawyer contact them. What months do they claim are missing?

Establish a paper trail to show a judge if litigation is necessary. Contact a supervisor and get the name, address, and claim number. Try to work it out. If not resolved in two weeks, contact a lawyer.
