Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

UCF Title IV payback

Contacted for Spring of 2005 semester saying I owe all grant money back because they can not verify attendance. I did attend but the professors did not take attendance. I was unprepared and made an F in all classes, but I did attend. Do I have to pay? They are threatening a collection agency.
