upaid dividends out of an investment
a group invested money in a company invoved in import/export the dividends due in July 2008 are unpaid due to reasons unknown to investors.what action if any can be taken recover money back

You haven't given us enough information to answer your question. Securities law is extremely complex and there are many different remedies depending on the circumstances. The most likely answer to your question is that you simply sue for breach of contract.
