Valid Contract

Is a credit contract valid if the debtor signed the agreement but creditor never signed the acceptance?

Probably. Usually things like this require the person to be charged to sign, but not the other party. Person to be charged simply means the borrower.

It depends who wants to enforce the contract. If the party against whom is the object of enforcement and that party signed the contract, the answer is yes.
