Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

vehicle finance agreement

I am being sued by a creditor. They claim I entered into a vehicle finance agreement for the purchase of a motor vehicle. The contract they use as evidence clearly states it is a application for a line of credit. There is no mention of any motor vehicle in the contract nor is there any mention of what the line of credit may be used to buy.

I am to appear for a pre-trial hearing.

Do I have any recourse against the plantif for filing a fictional law suit against me ?
