Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Visa

I have five days to answer to a court order and I'm don't know what to do. Visa Bal 8000.00 includes all late charges, courts fees and interest. I can not follow there aggrement. I can only afford 100.00 a month (with proof)untill I pay it in full. I've called the Lawer they want a monthly payment of 290.00 a cannot afford that. Will my pay check be garnished for payment. I'm very worried and without a clue of what I can do. Please direct me.

Thank you in advance

Re: Visa

They can try to enter a judgment against you & then garnish a portion of your salary until the debt is paid off. Answer the complaint & try to work something out in court. Good luck.

Re: Visa

If your salary is not exempt from garnishment, then it is subject to being so. Tell the judge your sad tale, maybe he can assist in this matter. Good luck.
