what do I need to take to a wage garnishment hearing. They are taking 25 percent from my check, I am head of household.

As much documentation as possible of your expenses in the house, your children, what you wife or husband makes, etc. Might want to hire a lawyer also.

Serve a motion to dissolve the garnishment within 20 days of the Writ. Suggest you retain counsel. Good luck.
