Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Hello, i have a WAMU account that just turned into a chase account...i am behind on payments on a chase credit card.. i get social security and a very small pension.can chase freeze my checking account or take out money from it to pay the credit card without my permission ?

Only if you gave permission when you took out the credit card. Check your agreement.
