Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Hello, i have a wamu checking account that has just been transferred to a chase checking account..i am 2 months behind on my chase visa credit card...i get social security and a small pension..can the chase credit card take out payments from my checking account without my authorization ?

Generally no, but check your credit card agreement to see if you authorized it.
