Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I got on one website to book a three day travel package. After booking my flight a list of hotels came up. My first four picks of hotels came back saying no vacancy, please try another hotel. I got my confirmation number for my flight, one hotel and car. When I got my credit card statement I had five hotel charges of more then 1700 hundred dollers. The charges are in dispute. I have no proof other then my confimation #. I beleave this was a website error. I have done everthing possible to correct this but having no luck.

What do you mean by "everything possible"? Have you contacted the hotels? Did they confirm that you never showed up? What did the website company say when you said, "How was I supposed to stay in five hotel rooms at once?" Has the credit card company told you if the hotels have even objected to your dispute? Are you sure this wasn't user error rather than website error? (My experience with booking online is that they don't show hotels with no vacancy.)
