Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
My wife is about to have a card holder obtain a judgement against her for non-payment (lost her job, 65 years old). This was due to the company she worked going out of business.
The only asset of question is a 350z that at the present she owe's as much on as it is worth. It is in her name. Can they take the auto when it would be eventually paid for. I have a auto in my name only. We have seperate everything.
