Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
my wife died two weeks ago. before she had died she purchased a car .all the paper work is in her name she signed finance paper the owner card is in her name .can i return the car to whoever she was paying for the car.

You are not responsible for the car or any charges related to it, so please do not fall for any such stories. I would call and find out to whom you can have pick up the car. Make sure they sign for it.
