Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
My wife passed away,4,21,11. she had personal credit cards in her name only. i found out about them when the bills started coming in. i sent them a copy of the death cirtificate. now a collection agency is calling and getting persistant. do i owe for her credit card bills?

You do not owe the money. Send the collection agency a cease and desist letter and tell them also over the phone to stop calling you. See my web site for such a letter in sample forms.
