Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
my wife recently died and left considerable credit card debt in her name only(I have separate credit card debt) My income alone now will not be enough for her debt. Am I legally obligated as surviving spouse to continue paying her debts?

No. In Florida, one spouse is not liable for the debts of the other unless you signed something that makes you liable.
