do you think i could win in small claims court if my dad 's girlfriend had a joint account with me and she owed the bank for a loan and she stopped working and couldn't pay them back so they withdrawed all my money from my account and told me i had to go after my dads girlfriend because there are right of offset laws in florida i demanded payment of money from her and she never gave me anything or told me when she could pay me
