I owned 3 mobile homes in clearwater florids a a greement was she would put up the money and i would remodle when sold she would deduct the cost of goods and devide 50/50 we rented all 3 places at 1200 amonth i moved back to boston ans never recieved any money, all remodeled her home in florida and boston and never recieved any money in the process of doing all this work i got hurt on the job need surgery on back my neck,and my knee. i have parkinsons disease and arthritis.I am in need of money, what can i do.i would appreciate anything you can do this person deserves to get whats comming to her i have seen her repo a personcar with little kid and a blind husband. and take other people to court for 200.00 dolars.I would like to see her get whats comming to her can you please help me i am in deprate need Thank you

There is an issue of jurisdiction here. Unless the person lives in Mass., any action is most likely in Florida.
