Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Wrongfull Billing from Shands JAX.
I recently search my own background and found a lien in my name for $14,348.17, because Shands failed to properly bill the US Army in April of 2000. I am prepared and willing to sue the pants off Shands JAX. Any attorney wanting to take the case can have 50% of the case winnings.

Check to see if it appears on your credit report. If it does, then write a letter to the credit agencies to get it removed. You will have to provide proof of error. Also copy Shands. However, after this much time it may be remove. It is difficult to tell you all your rights with an email, so you need to see an attorney. What damages can you prove? You may have also a potential FCA claim.
