Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In 2015 I became bipolar and manic. I've lived with depression for years. I settled into working a minimum wage job with low part time hours. I got fired for coming to work it was an approved fill in for a co worker. I got to work opened my locker checked my voice messages it said not to come in... I chose to clock in cause I was already there and wAsnt sure about the message...I was fired. The next day I was shoplifting in 2015 I had two arrest...now I'm on celexa and seroquel...I can only expunge one of the arrest...I wasn't ever in my life thinking about theft getting but fired led too a mood disorder. On top of that I've never called in sick or been late once. Do you think I have any legal rights to expunge both arrest one was dismissed the other dropped. I've learned I was sick that's why I shoplifted...I didn't do anything but show up to work. I don't think it is fair the two arrest records...there are other personal things too I'm looking into divorce and homeless shelters.

You can ONLY get something sealed if you have NEVER been convicted of ANYTHING at ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. That means that if you got a withhold of adjudication on one, but got adjudicated on the other then you can't get either charge sealed.
