Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am 15, my boyfriend is 26. My mother was aware of this. We got into an accident and when the cops were called they became known of my age and had me call my mother to come. My boyfriend admitted to having sexual contact with me, and my mother didn't press charges because she already knew. But they arrested him anyways, and his charge was lewd and lascivious behavior with minor 12-16. I need answers, I need help. I need a logical answer as to what the outcome could be

Your boyfriend is in a lot of trouble. Although it is impossible to know the outcome for sure, he will probably come out of this as a registered sex offender. The fact that your mother knew and (presumably) approved of your relationship is not a defense for your boyfriend. He seriously needs an attorney and in a bad way. Prison is not an unrealistic sentence in this case but there could be probation as well. If there is probation there will probably be a requirement that he have no contact with you.
Nonetheless, there may be some other strategies worth pursuing. An attorney should examine the circumstances of his statements to the police. Perhaps a motion to suppress is appropriate and his confession can be excluded. Get him a lawyer right away.
