Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In 2003 I was charged with 3 felony charges, and sentenced to probation for 3 years, with adjudication withheld. My question is am I able to get a Ccw permit in the state of Florida? Florida is the state where I was arrested, and if I can get a Ccw is there anything I have to do? Like get rights restored?

If you were not convicted of a felony, then you do not need rights restoration. Rights restoration usually does not include the right to own and carry firearms anyway. Florida will issue a person a concealed carry license if the adjudication was withheld, provided three years have passed since you completed the conditions of your sentence. You will have to submit proof of that fact.
