Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

in 2011 I was charged with felony credit card fraud , adjudication was withheld. I completed the terms of my probation, paid restitution , fines & court cost and did my community service. I want to seal my record even expunge it if I can so I can move on with my life and get into the local nursing program so I'll have a better chance , how would I go about doing so? I don't have money to afford a lawyer to take care of this process for me however I was told I could do it myself

I would advise getting an attorney, but yes it can be done without one. There is a lot to know, but a couple things of importance to you. First, you can not get it expunged, only sealed. Second, you MUST reveal the charge to the nursing board anyway. Still a good idea to get it sealed, but you should know that first.
