3 charges in jail
theft to deprive (warrant)
reckless display of a weapon(warrant)
and resist obststruct w/o
how long could they hold him in jail for?

If there was a warrant previously issued and he picks up a new charge; he will at least sit until he can see his assigned judge.
May sit longer if the state moves to revoke bond.
