You will have an arrest record, but not a record of delinquency/conviction. It MIGHT be possible for employers to find but usually juvenile records are not public. You should contact an attorney to get the charge expunged if you are that worried about it.
Juvenile cases are sealed and not available to the public. Additionally, when one is "convicted" as a juvenile they are "adjudicated delinquent," which is not the same thing as being convicted. Unless you provide a waiver to the confidential nature of your juvenile record, a job should be unable to find out about the juvenile delinquency. Of course, if you are not convicted or adjudicated delinquent of anything then you would have even less to worry about.
