Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
10-day postponement of Arraignment
Do I have to go to my scheduled
arraignment tomorrow? I called the
state attorney's office and they said
they were postponing it for 10 days and
that I didn't have to go. Is this correct?

Re: 10-day postponement of Arraignment
I would contact the clerks office to confirm the change of date for your Arraignment. It is not up to the State Attorney however they may have some say in the date.
